RTH Talent began as an idea without a name.
Founder Michael Fogleman discovered his passion for partnering talented individuals with inspiring organizations while working as an executive recruiter for a local agency search firm. After years working in executive agency recruiting, Michael set out to establish his own footprint in the industry.
When Michael isn’t working, he’s often out on the golf course with friends and family. On one such annual trip to Pinehurst in early 2024, the phrase “release the heat” made its way into the group’s list of inside jokes.
The phrase he and his friends coined that began as a joke suddenly clicked into place. “Release the heat, Michael. Release the heat.” Thus, RTH Talent found its name.
